We offer an exchange, store credit or refund on the garment by original payment method. It will be easy to ship item(s) back for exchange or return in 15 days after your case is accepted by our customer service.
Return/Exchange will work well for bellow reason.
1.Wrong Color, Size and Style 2.Inferior quality
3.Far outside delivery time. 4. If you get what is you ordered, you still can return it with our store credit or exchange for another piece.
Returnable/Exchangeable conditions :
1. Ordered items are returnable in 15 days after you received.
2. Keep items in a good condition, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.
3. All seasonal sale items, clearance and gift card purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange.
4.The order is refundable if it was cancelled within 24 hours after you placed your order.
Attention: Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our shop customer service center. We will assign a new address close to you to return. Please do not use postal service return to senders.
A. Exchange Procedure
You can initiate a return or exchange by email. Order number and email and photos are required.
Notice: Attaching product photos and describe issues in details on customer note will facilitate our verification and accelerate your process. Your suggestions are significant to drive us to solve product issues.
B. Return Package
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received, send back to senders, or our company address. You need a return case number attached for your return package to the right fulfillment center as advised. Please note returning to the wrong address will not get any refund.
Please send the package back by regular mail, rather than express. We advise all returns to be made with a traceable carrier. It will be better to offer a tracking number on your returns back.

D. Non-Refundable and Non Exchangeable Items
1.Mens and Womens Underwear, Swimwear, Sleepwear, Under Pants, Food and Drink Related Items, Damaged pieces, Noticed Final Seasonal Sale items.
2.All items purchased with a gift card or store sale discount code are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Ashoreshop cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable. Seasonal Final Sale Items are not eligible for return.
3. If you ordered the wrong items or give us wrong, non-deliverable or vacant address, We allow you to change within 24 hours. Otherwise Shipped out goods are not refundable/ returnable.
E. Refund Time:
Refund will be processed in 5-10 business days after receipt of returns. The order is able to be canceled and refunded after an order is placed in 24 hours.
As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. If you want us to refund to other credit card, please contact us in advance. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.
